Cancellation and Change Policy

In the event that the Client has to cancel the order after the payment has been made, a refund of the full payment will be provided if the cancellation notice is given at least 10 days prior to the pick-up date. Partial cancellations or changes to the order (Flavours, sizes etc) will be accommodated at least 7 days prior to the pick-up date. 

Blush Cakes and Treats will provide delivery of the order at the price agreed upon and stated in the invoice through Uber Connect or Personal delivery for large quantity orders. Client may also pick up the order. Risk of loss passes to Client once the order is in the client's possession. Client will be provided with detailed pick-up and in-transit care instructions to protect the cake and is responsible to review and follow the instructions provided.

Full payment is due at the time of booking. Clients order payment constitutes acceptance of the above agreement and all terms within. Due to high volume of inquiries, orders and dates are NOT held or secure until payment is received.
